★ Admins always have full access — for admin rows these columns show “✓ Full” and can't be changed.
Account Type — Staff/Producer = internal team; Community = external member (most restricted).
Access — Member (normal) or ★ Admin (full control of everything).
Deal Access — which deals they see: None · Own only · All deals.
Financials — can they see fees, points & writer shares on deals.
Tracks — Listening Room access: None · Tagged only (their own + tracks they're tagged on or uploaded) · All tracks.
Art-Dev Mgr — can sign off a stage on the artist's behalf (does not affect what they can listen to — that's “Tracks”).
All Wishes — can see every contact's Wish List (off = only their own).
Leads — can view and manage the Leads & Pipeline page (business-development tracking).
Executive — in peer-endorsed Membership mode, one endorsement from this person admits a candidate immediately, instead of needing the full member threshold.
🔐 Network & Chat Permissions — who each group can invite
Controls who members of each group may send network invites to (and therefore chat with — DMs need an accepted connection). Staff always have full access. Saved instantly.
🔒 Roster Visibility — private categories (who sees what)
Private categories are hidden from everyone except the groups you allow (Staff always see everything). Use this to keep a roster — e.g. Artist Development — visible only to your team. Any single artist can be flipped to 🌐 Public figure on their profile to be seen by all. Enforced on the server.
